Culinary Services is hosting a Taste of Spring Break on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024, at Brody Square from 4:30 to 6 p.m. This spring break-themed event is inspired by the exotic cuisine of tropical locations.

Sampling will occur behind Pangea in the demonstration kitchen area, where guests will receive six tickets to try a new recipe offered by each campus neighborhood, Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center and Sparty's Market. Students can vote for their favorite recipe created by our chefs. Their vote enters them into a random drawing for one of two gift baskets full of spring break goodies. Additionally, the recipe with the most votes will be added to our menu rotation, and the chefs get the honor of preparing the winning dish!

The event will also feature the following:

• Tropical-inspired cuisine at all Brody Square venues
• Mocktail beverages
• A special guest welcome with leis
• A visit from a special Spartan
• A photo backdrop with props
• Live music from MSU's Salsa Verde
