The campus community is invited to enjoy a special Soul Food Lunch on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, at The Edge at Akers. Lisa Cox, who is a Cook II on the Akers team, developed a unique menu to showcase traditional African American soul food during Black History Month.
Menu selections are listed below. Additionally, guests can enjoy a performance by an MSU ARTS4U jazz quartet from noon to 2 p.m.
